$18-$20 an hour

As our Administrative Assistant, you will have a chance to get to know all areas of the business as well as interact with clients, vendors, employees, and customers. No two days will be the same, and new projects/tasks will always keep your daily responsibilities fresh and new. Your experience and skills will help determine additional duties, responsibilities, and hours. As the Administrative and Personal Assistant to the owner, you will play a major role in the smooth operation of our organization. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and supporting the day-to-day needs of the owner & general manager
- Filing, scanning, and organization of office and personal data
- Bill processing & bookkeeping in QuickBooks
- Help to coordinate & communicate special events
- Updating online store inventory and photographs
- Assisting with important company projects
- Outdoor gardening and indoor plant maintenance
- Running personal and business errands
- Dog walking and assistance with 2 Maltipoos
- Many additional opportunities available depending on knowledge and skill set

This position requires:
- 2+ years’ experience in a business environment
- Ability to work flexible & additional hours as needed
- A positive, goal-oriented, and upbeat attitude
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
- Live within close proximity of our shop
