Fern is an accomplished cabaret singer. She has performed in various venues in Chicago including hotels, restaurants, private parties and senior communities. She sings many selections from the Great American Songbook, including songs by George Gershwin and Cole Porter. She also performs contemporary music. She has been accompanied by great musicians including Bobby Schiff. Besides her singing career, she has taught both English and Math in Chicago colleges and given seminars on effective communication techniques. She is truly a Renaissance woman.
