Established in 2016 in Peru, Illinois and operating out of the historic Westclox factory, Star Union Spirits is reinvigorating the art of specialty craft spirits and providing the American answer to a French staple in the form of New American Brandy. Join us on Wednesday at 5:00 pm to sample tastes and cocktails from Star Union.
