An Exclusive Evening with Malma Winery
We’re excited to invite you to a very special gathering — an exclusive, members-only tasting in our new Winemaker Wednesday series.
Private Tasting with Martín Pérez
Featuring the Comahue Collection from Malma Winery
Wednesday, April 30 | 6:00–7:00 PM | at Picnic
Martín Pérez, esteemed director of Malma Winery — celebrated for its extraordinary Patagonian Comahue wines — will join us for a rare visit. During his brief stay, he chose Picnic as the setting for a private tasting, especially for our wine club members.
Space is extremely limited — this intimate event is reserved for the first 25 RSVPs. To maintain the experience, we ask that you please attend solo; this is a member-exclusive evening.
Please plan to arrive on time, as this will be a seated, guided tasting beginning promptly at 6:00 PM. Martín will lead us through the Comahue lineup, sharing the incredible story behind these remarkable wines.
Cheese plates will be available, and the full Comahue selection will be offered for purchase by the glass and bottle. After the tasting, we invite you to linger — we’ll stay open until 8:00 PM for those who wish to relax and enjoy more of these beautiful wines.
About Comahue
Comahue—meaning “place of abundance” in the indigenous language—is a bold name for a place defined by its extremes. In the heart of the Patagonian steppe, where the soil is poor and the climate is harsh, the Viola family planted their first vines 21 years ago. Today, this once-deserted region has become a respected name in global viticulture.
The wines of Comahue are grown with a deep respect for the land: manual pruning, natural pest control, and sustainable farming practices are integral to their philosophy. The result is vibrant, expressive wines rooted in both resilience and beauty.
