    Your credit card will be charged every 3 months on the second Tuesday of January, April, July, and October until canceled. Please give 30 days notice for cancellation of membership or add-on.

    Please note: A $5 administrative fee will be applied to any failed recurring payment (such as expired or invalid cards). A $15 late fee will be charged on invoices not paid within 15 days of the billing date. Please ensure your card is up to date to avoid these fees.
