Day 1 / Welcome to Oregon
Thursday, August 7th – Portland
- Arrive in Portland, Oregon, and check in at The Dossier Hotel. If you arrive early, feel free to leave your luggage at the front desk and explore the city.
- Explore Portland on your own – Suggested highlights:
- Powell’s City of Books
- Stroll along the Willamette River waterfront
- Explore the Pearl District’s boutiques and cafés
- Visit the International Rose Test Garden or Pittock Mansion for incredible city views
- Welcome Reception – Meet at Bar Adler in the hotel lobby for cocktails and small bites to kick off our adventure.

Day 2 / Wine Country Begins
Friday, August 8th – Dayton, Willamette Valley
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Depart Portland for Abbott Claim Winery (11:30 AM tasting experience) – Known for its exceptional Pinot Noir and stunning estate vineyard, this visit offers an immersive introduction to Willamette Valley wines.
- Stop at a provisions/grocery store to pick up supplies for the weekend.
- Check into the Dayton Wine Country Home – Our private home base in wine country.
- Brooks Wine Dinner – A tour and tasting experience followed by a multi-course wine-paired dinner at Brooks Winery, a leader in biodynamic winemaking and one of the region’s most celebrated wineries.

Day 3 / Oregon Coast & Wine Tasting
Saturday, August 9th – Pacific City & Lemelson Winery
- Breakfast at the house
- Scenic drive to the Oregon Coast – Head west to Pacific City, a quintessential Oregon coastal town.
- Walk along the beach and see Haystack Rock
- Grab a beer or lunch at Pelican Brewing Company
- Visit local shops and enjoy the laid-back coastal vibe
- Return to Willamette Valley for a tasting at Lemelson Winery, known for its small-production and commitment to sustainable farming.
- Dinner at a local restaurant – Enjoy a relaxed evening meal together (venue TBD).

Day 4 / Relaxation, Exploration & Winery Dinner
Sunday, August 10th – Exploring the Valley & Eila Wines Dinner
- Breakfast at the house
- Morning at leisure – choose your own adventure:
- Hike & Hot Springs – Visit Terwilliger Hot Springs or Belknap Hot Springs for a relaxing soak
- Explore McMinnville – Stroll through historic downtown with charming shops, cafés, and tasting rooms
- Spa time – Optional relaxation at a local spa
- Sunday Supper at the House – A special evening with Peter Sturn of Eila Wines, featuring an intimate wine-paired dinner.

Day 5 / A Final Taste of the Valley & Return to Portland
Monday, August 11th – Et Fille Winery & Portland
- Breakfast at the house
- Et Fille Estate Experience & Lunch – A beautiful farewell to wine country with a curated tasting and lunch at Et Fille Wines.
Drive back to Portland - Japanese Garden visit – A peaceful afternoon exploring this stunning Portland landmark.
- Check into The Nines Hotel
- Farewell Dinner at Departure or another Portland restaurant – A celebratory meal with stunning city views and exceptional cuisine.

Day 6 / Departure
Tuesday, August 12th – Return Home
- Breakfast and goodbyes
- Depart for home, taking memories (and maybe some wine) with you!
