Join us for Picnic After Dark with songwriter Mark Ambrose and Picnic favorite Val Leventhal, accompanied by talented Chicago guitarist Chuck Wasserburg, and bassist Jim Cox.

Mark Ambrose stands in the Texas troubadour tradition of Townes Van Zandt and Guy Clark, with songs shaped by story, grit, tenderness, and roots country soul. Val Leventhal opens the evening with thoughtful, wide-ranging songs that move through folk, country, rock, blues, jazz, and pop.
